my new buddy.
she’s a 14 month old american pit bull terrier from the bully hating state of ohio. she spent over a month in a cage & was scheduled to be euthanized this past week. thankfully some folks scooped her up at the last minute & drove her from the midwest to the maritimes & now she’s here on my couch, sitting pretty & refuses to stop kissing me.
folks from the rescue were calling her “trixie” on the ride over, but I’d rather spell it “tricksy”. I don’t think that name will stick for long though.
